摘要
危机时代呼唤危机领导力,但危机情境定位、领导决策和组织动员等问题的存在,一定程度上制约了危机领导力的功能释放,从而使得领导力不再是成功化解危机的关键力量,相反却蜕变成问题本身。危机领导不等于危机管理,危机领导力更异于常态领导力。危机领导力是在高度复杂性、不确定性的危机情境下呈现的领导过程及其现实能力,其具有科学、艺术和人文的综合属性,是危机领导过程与领导能力的组合,也是危机阶段性领导力与全程性领导力的叠加和整合。因此,分析研讨危机阶段的领导力要素和全程领导力要素,将对危机领导力的模型建构和路径选择有所助益。
The age of crisis calls for crisis leadership;however, the issues concerning the crisis situation positioning, leadership decision-making and organizational mobilization have restricted the functional release of crisis leadership to a certain extent, so that leadership is no longer the key force to successfully resolve the crisis, but degenerates into part of the problem. Crisis leadership is not equal to crisis management, and crisis leadership is totally different from normal leadership. Crisis leadership is the leadership process and its actual ability presented in a highly complex and uncertain crisis situation, which has the comprehensive attributes of science, art and humanities. It is the combination of crisis leadership process and leadership ability, and is also the superposition and integration of stage-specific leadership and whole-process leadership during crisis. Therefore, analyzing and discussing the stage-specific leadership elements and whole-process leadership elements for crisis response will be helpful for the model construction and path selection for crisis leadership.
