摘要
骨缺损修复是目前骨科领域临床医学治疗中的一个巨大挑战。本文旨在开发一种同时具有高生物相容性和能够高效促进骨再生的新型骨修复材料,利用钆离子作为交联剂,将黑磷纳米片掺入海藻酸钠中得到黑磷掺杂的钆-海藻酸钠水凝胶。在808 nm近红外光的照射下,黑磷分散液和黑磷掺杂水凝胶均表现出优异的光热功能,经过近红外光照射后的黑磷分散液对骨肉瘤细胞具有显著的杀伤效果。通过将成骨细胞与不同浓度的Gd^(3+)离子溶液共同孵育,证明了Gd^(3+)离子对成骨细胞分化的促进作用。该策略将会对骨修复材料的发展起到引导和借鉴作用。
Bone defect is a huge challenge in clinic of orthopedics.The purpose of this paper is to prepare a new kind of bone repair material with both high biocompatibility and the ability to efficiently promote bone regeneration.Herein,black phosphorus-doped gadolinium-sodium alginate hydrogels were prepared by using gadolinium ions as cross-linking agents and black phosphorus nanosheets as dopants.Both the black phosphorus dispersion and the black phosphorus-doped hydrogel exhibit excellent photothermal effects under the irradiation of 808 nm NIR light.Furthermore,the black phosphorus dispersion after NIR light irradiation presents a significant killing effect on osteosarcoma cells.The promotion of osteogenic differentiation by gadolinium ions was demonstrated by co-incubating osteoblasts with different concentrations of gadolinium ion solutions.
