摘要
病原体宏基因组高通量测序(mNGS)技术为疑难危重症及罕见病原体感染的诊断提供了有效的技术手段。为更好的在重症肺部感染病原诊断领域应用这一技术,基于已发布的专家共识,本文从肺部感染病原诊断思维、mNGS送检适应证、如何提高送检标本质量、重症肺部炎症性疾病mNGS结果解读策略等方面做出述评。
Metagenomic next-generation sequencing(mNGS)technologies provide an effective means for the diagnosis of complex and critical diseases and rare pathogen infections.In order to better apply this technology in the field of pathogen diagnosis in severe pulmonary infection,based on the published expert consensus,this paper reviews the thinking mode of pathogen diagnosis in pulmonary infection,the indications for mNGS submission,the ways to improve the quality of submitted samples,and the interpretation strategy of mNGS results of severe pulmonary inflammatory diseases.
