摘要
利用超声波的超声空化效应对原料1,1-二羟基-5,5-联四唑二羟胺盐(HATO)进行处理,通过调节超声波加载时间、频率等工艺参数,对HATO的形貌进行修饰。采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜(SEM)、激光粒度仪、机械感度仪、差式扫描量热仪(DSC)对处理前后的HATO进行性能表征。结果表明:处理后的HATO形貌为类球形,其粒度、机械感度降低,热性能没有发生明显变化。
The raw material HATO was treated by ultrasonic cavitation effect.The morphology of HATO was modified by adjusting ultrasonic loading time, frequency and other process parameters.HATO,before and after treatment, was characterized by optical microscope, scanning electron microscope, laser particle size meter, mechanical sensitivity meter and differential scanning calorimeter.The results showed that the morphology of the treated HATO was quasi-spherical, the particle size and mechanical sensitivity decreased, and the thermal properties did not change significantly.
