波浪纹黑色二氧化钛微米管的制备及其光催化性能研究

摘要 为了提高TiO_(2)的光催化性能,以钛酸丁酯(TBT)为钛源通过溶胶-凝胶法制备出TiO_(2)前驱体,再以棉纤维为模板,将吸附有TiO_(2)前驱体的棉纤维煅烧后得到了一种表面呈波浪纹的TiO_(2)微米管,随后通过原位固态还原法,以硼氢化钠(NaBH4)为还原剂制备出黑色二氧化钛(TiO_(2-x))光催化剂。采用X射线衍射、拉曼光谱、X射线光电子能谱等手段对样品晶体结构与表面化学状态进行表征。以可见光下亚甲基蓝(MB)的光降解反应为模型,对所制备的TiO_(2-x)的光催化性能进行评估。结果表明:相比于TiO_(2),TiO_(2-x)在可见光下具有更高的催化活性,3h内对MB的降解率达到65.1%,是一种性能优异的光催化剂。 To improve the activity of TiO_(2),TiO_(2)precursor was prepared by a sol-gel method using titanium(Ⅳ) n-butoxide(TBT) as Ti source, and then the cotton fiber was used as template to adsorb TiO_(2)precursor and calcined in air to synthesize a TiO_(2)microtube with wavy surface.Subsequently, using sodium borohydride(NaBH4) as a reducing agent, a black titanium dioxide(TiO_(2-x)) photocatalyst was obtained by an in-situ solid-state reduction method.The crystal structure and surface chemical state of TiO_(2-x)were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),Raman spectroscopy(Raman),and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS).The photodegradation reaction of methylene blue(MB) under visible light was used as a model to evaluate the photocatalytic performance of the prepared TiO_(2-x).The result demonstrated the catalytic activity of TiO_(2-x)under visible light was higher than that of TiO_(2),and the degradation rate of TiO_(2-x)to MB within 3h reached 75.1%,which indicated TiO_(2-x)was a high-performance photocatalyst.
