摘要
以湿法无纺布为支撑层、纺粘无纺布为保护层,熔喷静电棉/纳米纤维/超细纳米纤维为核心过滤层,制备出一种具有多级梯度过滤的复合滤材,并讨论了不同选材和工艺参数对滤材性能的影响。SEM分析表明,该滤材呈现明显的梯度尺度结构。过滤测试结果表明,该滤材初始过滤效率达99.65%,且去除静电后仍能保持在90%以上,而滤阻仅有15.7Pa。与传统熔喷滤材相比,该产品显示出优异的高效低阻性能,而且不受静电衰减的影响,大大增加了滤材使用寿命,在空气过滤领域具有广阔的应用前景。
Using wet nonwoven fabric as support layer, spunbonded nonwoven fabric as protective layer and melt blown nonwoven fabric/nanofiber membrane/superfine nanofiber as core filter layer, a composite filter material with multi-stage gradient filtration was prepared.The effects of different material selection and process parameters on the performance of filter media were discussed.The SEM result showed that the filter material had an obvious gradient scale structure.The filtration test result revealed that the initial filtration efficiency of the filter material was 99.65%,and it was still maintained above 90% after removing the static electricity, while the filtration resistance was only 15.7Pa.Compared with the traditional melt blown filter material, the product exhibited excellent performance of high efficiency and low resistance, and was not affected by electrostatic attenuation.Its service life could be greatly increased and it should have a great application prospect in the field of air filtration.
