不同自然冷源引入方案下冷库内流场研究

Study on the flow field in cold storage under different natural cold source introduction schemes

摘要 研究四种自然冷源引入方案对满载货物自然冷源和机械制冷双向切换库贮藏环境的影响,为双向库自然冷源制冷系统的设计提供参考。采用计算流体力学方法,对自然冷源四种引入引出方案分别建立模型,研究不同方案下货物区温度场和速度场的分布特点。不同方案时冷库内流场特点相差很大。其中,采用上进下出方案时货物区温度标准差最小,库内温度保持在合理范围,货物中间层和底层平均流速相对较高且均匀,分别为0.38 m/s和0.78 m/s,能够很好的保证换热效果。结论:自然冷源引入引出方式对双向库货物贮藏环境影响很大,设计时应注重考虑不同方式对库内空气流动性的影响。本文中上进下出方案相对更佳,能够为货物提供一个良好的贮藏环境。 To study the effects of four natural cold source introduction schemes on the storage environment of natural cold source and mechanically cooled bi-directional switching storage for full load cargo,and to provide reference for the design of natural cold source refrigeration system in bi-directional storage,Using computational fluid dynamics method,four introduction and exit schemes of natural cold source were modeled separately to study the distribution characteristics of the temperature and velocity fields in the cargo area under different schemes.The flow field characteristics in the cold storage vary greatly for different schemes.Scheme four has the smallest temperature standard deviation in the cargo area,and the temperature inside the warehouse is kept in a reasonable range.The average flow velocity of the middle and bottom layers of the cargo is relatively high and uniform,0.38 m/s and 0.78 m/s respectively,which can well ensure the heat exchange effect.The natural cold source introduction and exit methods have a great impact on the bi-directional storage environment of the goods,and the design should pay attention to considering the impact of different methods on the air flow in the storage.In this paper,the introduction and discharge method of scheme four is relatively better and can provide a good storage environment for the goods.
