大型再生水厂定制化精准曝气系统设计及运行分析 被引量:1

摘要 针对再生水厂鼓风曝气系统升级改造难的问题,构建定制了精准曝气系统,包括定时模式、安全模式、恒DO模式、前馈模式、前馈-DO反馈模式及前馈-NH_(3)-N反馈模式,该系统根据现有鼓风机系统的自动化调节程度,可以实现定制化精准曝气运行。运行结果表明,相较于系统未改造前,该精准曝气系统实现了较大的节能降耗,其中鼓风机单位电耗降低15%以上,2019年去除氮污染物和去除COD单位电耗明显低于2018年,去除TN单位电耗降低10.7%,去除NH_(3)-N单位电耗降低15.3%,去除COD单位电耗降低7%,且保证出水水质实时达标。 In view of the difficulty in upgrading the aeration system of the wastewater treatment plant, a customized aeration system is constructed, including timing mode, safety mode, constant DO mode, feedforward mode, feedforward-DO feedback mode and feedforward NH_(3)-N feedback mode. The system can realize customized aeration operation according to the automatic regulation degree of the existing blower system. The data comparison operation results show that compared with the system before transformation, the customized aeration system has achieved greater energy conservation and consumption reduction, in which the unit power consumption of blower has been reduced by more than 15%. The unit power consumption of nitrogen pollutant removal and COD removal in 2019 is significantly lower than that in 2018, the unit power consumption of TN removal, NH_(3)-N removal, and COD removal is reduced by 10.7%, 15.3%, and 7%. And the effluent quality can be guaranteed to meet the standard in real time.
