摘要
蚕丝是天然蛋白纤维中最轻柔、最细的纤维,具有较好的保温、透湿性能,由于纤维间存在疏松结构区域,因而具有良好的透气性和热传导性。采用扫描电子显微镜、接触角测量仪、热重分析仪和差示扫描量热仪等对蚕丝的力学性能、吸水性和耐热性等特性进行了表征,发现蚕丝满足非织造布原料的基本特性要求。
Silk is the softest and thinnest fiber in natural protein fiber. It has good thermal insulation and moisture permeability. Because there are loose structural areas between the fibers, it has good air permeability and heat conductivity. The mechanical properties, water absorption and heat resistance of silk are characterized by scanning electron microscope, contact angle measuring instrument, thermogravimetric analyzer and differential scanning calorimeter. It is found that silk meets the basic characteristic requirements of nonwovens raw materials.
