摘要
盛虹纤维聚酯二车间因设计和建设时间比较早,部分传统工艺流程耗能较高,在直纺工艺的熔体输送管段,对热媒工艺流程实施优化改造,增加冷媒的使用,隔断热媒散热器,可减少高温一次热媒用量,起到平稳控制热媒系统和节能降耗的目的。
Due to the early design and construction time of Shenghong Fiber Polyester Workshop Ⅱ, some traditional technological processes have high energy consumption. In the melt conveying pipe section of the direct spinning process, the heat medium process has been optimized and modified. By increasing the use of refrigerant and cutting off the heat medium radiator, the consumption of primary heat medium at high temperature can be reduced, and the purpose of stable control of heat medium system and energy saving and consumption reduction can be achieved.
