摘要
为了模拟复合材料在轨道交通上的应用,针对轻型复合材料地铁车头,基于复合材料强度及有限元分析的原理,考虑车头运用的实际情况,建立有限元模型。运用HyperMesh软件对模型赋属性,复合材料的属性区别于一般材料,需要分层设置,然后运用ANSYS软件分析计算轻型复合材料车头模型的静强度,模态分析计算出车头模型的自振频率以避免噪声等危害。为复合材料车头结构的研发和优化提供了一定参考。
In order to simulate the application of composite materials in rail transit, based on the strength of composite materials and the principle of finite element analysis and considering the actual situation of the subway front cab application, a finite element model for the light composite subway front cab was established. The HyperMesh software was used to assign attributes to the model. The attributes of composite materials were different from those of ordinary materials and need to be set in layers. Then ANSYS software was used to analyze and calculate the static strength of the light composite subway front cab model, and calculate the natural frequency of the subway front cab model through modal analysis to avoid noise and other hazards. It provides a reference for the research, development and optimization of composite subway front cab structure.
