摘要
为改善混凝土耐久性,通过外掺玄武岩纤维的方法制备玄武岩纤维混凝土试件,从长度及质量分数角度出发,分析了玄武岩纤维对混凝土耐久性的影响规律。结果表明:玄武岩纤维可改善混凝土抗渗性能,纤维质量分数0.05%、长度18 mm时取得最佳改善效果,相较未掺纤维的混凝土,渗水高度下降幅度达42%;纤维质量分数为0.10%时达到最小的收缩率值;玄武岩纤维可显著改善混凝土早龄期抗裂性,与未掺纤维混凝土相比,纤维质量分数0.10%时的混凝土裂缝平均宽度降低60%,裂缝总长度降低43%。
In order to improve the durability of concrete, basalt fiber concrete specimens were prepared by adding basalt fiber. From the perspective of length and mass fraction, the influence of basalt fiber on the durability of concrete was analyzed. The results show that basalt fiber can improve the impermeability of concrete, and the best improvement effect is achieved when the fiber mass fraction is 0.05% and the length is18 mm. Compared with the concrete without basalt fiber, the amplitude of decrease at the height of water seepage is 42%. When the fiber mass fraction is 0.10%, the shrinkage reaches the minimum value. Basalt fiber can significantly improve the early age crack resistance of concrete. Compared with the concrete without basalt fiber, when the fiber mass fraction is 0.10%, the average crack width of concrete decreases by 60%,and the total crack length decreases by 43%.
