摘要
气动机械手是工业领域重要的设备,机械手能够代替人手完成分拣、搬运及装卸等工作,在减轻工人劳动强度的同时,提升生产效率,降低生产成本。该文使用PLC(可编程控制器)设计气动机械手的控制系统,完成把工件从右侧物料台搬运到左侧工作台的任务。详细地阐述基于PLC的气动机械手控制系统的结构设计、电气设计及工作过程等。经测试,该系统可平稳运行,满足生产需求。
Pneumatic manipulator is an important equipment in the industrial field, which can replace manual hands to complete sorting, handling, loading and unloading, thus reducing the labor intensity of workers, improving production efficiency and reducing production costs. In this paper, the control system of the pneumatic manipulator is designed by using the PLC controller to complete the task of transporting the workpiece from the right material table to the left worktable. The structure design,electrical design and working process of the control system of PLC pneumatic manipulator are described in detail. After testing, the system can run smoothly and meet the production demand.
