基于CiteSpace的菌根土壤修复研究文献计量分析

摘要 土壤修复是运用多学科知识,消除土壤污染毒害、恢复土壤功能。随着对生物修复的重视,菌根作为生态系统中重要的共生体,引起研究者的关注。基于Web of Science核心合集中检索到的文献,利用CiteSpace知识图谱分析工具,分别从国家、机构、学科分领域、共被引文献和关键词等方面,进行可视化知识图谱分析。结果表明,全球有关菌根土壤修复方面的研究起步较晚,但发展迅速。中国是合作活跃程度最高的国家,全球明显活跃的5个机构中,中国占前2位。该领域研究涉及较多学科,学科交叉性较强;文献被引领域较为广泛,但高被引文献较少。该领域的研究方向较为集中,研究领域分化鲜明,研究热点突出。丛枝菌根真菌在土壤修复中的研究是未来研究的热点。 Soil remediation is the use of multi-disciplinary knowledge to eliminate soil pollution and toxicity and restore soil function. With the attention of bioremediation, mycorrhiza as an important symbiote in the ecosystem has attracted the attention of researchers. Based on the literature retrieved from the core of Web of Science, the visual knowledge graph analysis is carried out from the aspects of country, institution, discipline sub-domain, co-cited literature and key words by using Citespace knowledge graph analysis tool. The results show that the global research on mycorrhizal soil remediation started late, but developed rapidly.China is the country with the highest degree of active cooperation, among the five obviously active institutions in the world, China occupies the top two. The research in this field involves many disciplines, and the cross-discipline is strong;the literature is cited in a wide range of fields, but the highly cited literature is less. The research direction in this field is more concentrated, the differentiation in the research field is distinct, and the research hotspot is prominent. The research of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi in soil remediation is the focus of future research.
