摘要
该文介绍城市高层供水主战压缩式空气消防车的系统构成及功能设计分析,包括主要总体结构方案、断轴取力器和压缩空气泡沫系统、泵房和管路系统、整体副车架、罐体、后器材箱、车辆轴荷、轮荷与质心计算,以及车辆行驶安全性计算等内容及实施方案,结果得出,车辆稳定性满足相关要求。
This paper introduces the system composition and functional design analysis of the main compressed air fire truck for urban high-rise water supply, including the main overall structural scheme, the axle break power takeoff and the compressed air foam system, the pump house and pipeline system, the integral subframe, the tank body, the rear equipment box, the calculation of vehicle axle load, wheel load and center of mass, and the calculation of vehicle driving safety. The results show that the vehicle stability meets the relevant requirements.
