摘要
针对王坡煤矿集中辅运巷3209运顺—3217运顺段出现的大块浆皮脱落现象进行研究,巷道受回采动压的影响,集中辅运巷架设U型钢棚段变形严重,导致原有喷浆区域与顶帮分离,给辅助运输管理工作带来极大安全生产隐患。针对此类现象,提出新的维护工艺,从而提高巷道维护后形变周期,减少巷道受压出现的大块浆皮脱落的现象,这种维护工艺在实践中取得显著效果,可有效控制大块浆皮脱落,提高巷道承受期限,减少巷道维护成本。
The phenomenon of large pulp shedding in the 3209 shun-3217 transport section of Wangpo Coal Mine is studied.Influenced by the recovery pressure of the roadway, the U-type steel shed section is seriously deformed, leading to the separation of the original grouting area and the top gang, which brings great hidden dangers to the auxiliary transportation management. Aiming at this phenomenon, a new maintenance process is proposed, so as to improve the deformation cycle after roadway maintenance, and reduce the phenomenon of large slurry shedding under roadway compression. This maintenance process has achieved remarkable results in practice, which can effectively control the large slurry shedding, improve the bearing period of the roadway,and reduce the cost of roadway maintenance.
