摘要
针对城轨车辆轮对故障率高从而对行车安全影响大的问题,采用激光位移测量技术、高精度图像测量技术、机器视觉图像分析技术、超声波无损探伤等技术,构建一套完善的城轨车辆轮对故障智能检测诊断系统。在该系统的基础上,综合多源检测数据,运用智能诊断专家系统实现轮对故障、寿命预测,并提出经济化镟修建议。通过在城市轨道交通的实际应用验证轮对故障诊断及预测的研究成果,促进我国城市轨道交通的绿色健康发展。
In view of the problems of high failure rate of urban rail vehicle wheelset and great impact on driving safety, a complete set of intelligent detection and diagnosis system for urban rail vehicle wheelset failure is constructed by using laser displacement measurement technology, high-precision image measurement technology, machine vision image analysis technology,ultrasonic nondestructive testing and other technologies. On the basis of the system, the intelligent diagnosis expert system is used to realize the prediction of wheel set fault and service life by integrating multi-source detection data, and the economic lathe repair suggestions are put forward. Through the practical application in urban rail transit, the research results of wheel set fault diagnosis and prediction are verified, and the green and healthy development of urban rail transit in China is promoted.
