摘要
本文针对重大自主创新装备发展的跨越性、前瞻性等特点,结合论证实践提出了一种基于模型的工程化需求论证方法,主要包括使命任务分析、作战概念研究、装备概念研究、综合检验评估和综合权衡分析五个逻辑步骤。该方法的核心思想是强调作战概念研究与装备概念研究同步展开、迭代推进,并将模型作为整个论证过程的核心,通过模型的不断演化、迭代递增实现作战概念与装备概念协同演化、融合创新。
According to the characteristics of transcendency and perspectiveness of major independent innovation equipment development, this paper puts forward a new model-based engineering methodology of military requirement demonstration based on practices of demonstration, which includes five logical steps: mission analysis, concept of operations(CONOPS) research, equipment concept research, integrated validation and evaluation, and integrated trade-off analysis. The key idea of this methodology is to emphasize the synchronous development and iterative advancement of CONOPS research and equipment concept research, and adopt a model-centric demonstration process, and realize the co-evolution and integrated innovation of CONOPS and equipment concept through the continuous evolution and iteration of models.
