大数据时代我国高校意识形态安全治理机制系统分析

Systematic Analysis on the Governance Mechanism of Ideological Safety in Chinese Colleges and Universities in the Era of Big Data

运用大数据技术构建我国高校意识形态安全治理机制是一项系统工程,是站稳守好意识形态工作前沿阵地的现实需要,是推进高校治理体系和治理能力现代化的重要组成部分,是增强高校意识形态安全因时而进的重要途径,也是推动高校意识形态安全治理方法创新的必然要求。本文系统分析了大数据时代高校意识形态安全治理面临的现实困境与挑战,提出建立主体构建、协调运行、网络预警和动力保障等四个方面的治理机制,以期解决高校意识形态安全治理的矛盾和问题,牢牢掌握意识形态工作管理权、话语权、主导权。

Using the big data technology to build a governance mechanism for ideological security in Chinese colleges and universities is a systematic project.It is a realistic need to stand firmly at the forefront of ideological work.It is an important part of promoting the modernization of the governance system and governance capability of colleges and universities.It is an important path to enhance the ideological security of colleges and universities to advance with the times.It is also an inevitable requirement to promote the innovation of ideological security governance methods in colleges and universities.This article systematically analyzes the real dilemmas and challenges facing colleges and universities’ideological security governance in the era of big data,and proposes to build governance mechanisms in four aspects,including subject establishment,coordinated operation,network warning,and power guarantee mechanism.So as to solve the contradictions and problems of ideological security governance in Chinese colleges and universities,firmly master the management,discourse and leading power of ideological work.
