摘要
南宋咸淳年间(1265-1274)深冬腊月里的一天,四十五岁的周二郎从“状元及第”的美梦中苏醒,四更天了。他是个胸怀远大抱负的读书人,可半生考不中科举,终于心灰意冷当了一名书会先生,常常在午夜梦回时感到些许不甘。书会原本是宋元时与科举有关的会社名称,是读书课诗的场所,后来逐渐转变成一种从事文艺创作和使艺表演的“社会”。
Zhou Erlang,a stoytellr in the Xianchun period of the Southem Song Dynasty and also a cat slave,spends his ordinary day in Lin'an city:goes to Wazi(an entertainment place)to watch opera,discusses poetic drama with friends and conceives a new script for stoyelling.Ater preparing food for his cal,he went home contentedly and went to sleep.
