为解决医工备件的日常管理问题,提高医工备件管理成效,北京协和医院在全院级HRP系统建设过程中,创新医工备件精细化管理模式,设计医工备件管理模块的总体架构,制定了医工备件精细化管理的目标。通过梳理和再造业务流程、优化管理模式、完成信息互联互通,实现了医工备件的全生命周期可追溯闭环管理,提高了管理效率,为医院成本核算和设备效益评价提供了可靠的依据。

In order to solve the daily management problems and improve the management effectiveness of medical equipment maintenance spare parts,Beijing Union Medical College Hospital innovate the refined management mode,design the overall structure of management module,and formulate the goal of refined management of medical equipment maintenance spare parts during the construction of HRP system.Through sorting and reengineering of business process,optimizing the management mode,and interconnecting of information,the whole life cycle traceable closed-loop management of medical spare parts is realized,the management efficiency is improved,and it provided reliable basis for the cost accounting and equipment benefit evaluation of the hospital.
