基于区块链的医联体数据共享模型研究

Research on Data Sharing Model of Medical Alliance based on Block Chain

目的解决医联体数据共享中的安全性、数据访问和存储效率等问题。方法本研究提出一个基于区块链的医联体数据共享模型,包含业务资源池、区块链平台和统一消息资源管理平台,通过多种措施保障数据安全共享,并通过实验探讨不同数据访问流程下的访问效率和存储空间利用率。结果测试结果表明,对业务资源池中的数据采用哈希值上链的方式,数据访问效率及存储空间利用率更高,优于全量数据上链方式。结论模型利用统一消息管理平台的访问授权及日志审计,结合区块链数字验签、数据加密和共识机制等技术,可以确保医联体数据共享的安全性;采用哈希值上链方式,可以有效提升医联体数据访问效率和存储空间利用率。

Objective This paper aims to solve the problems of security,data access and storage efficiency in the data sharing of medical alliance.Methods This research proposes a block chain-based data sharing model for medical alliance which including business resource pool,block chain platform and unified message resource management platform.It ensures the security of data sharing through various measures,and discusses the access efficiency and storage space utilization under different data access processes through experiments.Results The test results show that the data access efficiency and storage space utilization are better than the full data link mode when the data in the service resource pool is linked with hash value.Conclusion The model uses the access authorization and log audit functions of the unified message management platform,and combines with block chain digital check,data encryption and consensus mechanism,etc.,to ensure the security of medical alliance data sharing.At the same time,the hashed value chain mode is adopted in the model,which can effectively improve the data access efficiency and storage space utilization.
