基于疾控大数据的可视化分析与应用

Visualization Analysis and Application Based on Big Data of Disease Prevention and Control

疾病预防控制数据具有多元性、复杂性、时效性的特点。2021年,上海市疾病预防控制中心以《“健康上海2030”规划纲要》为指导,基于疾病预防控制大数据,构建了面向全市疾病预防控制业务领域的管理服务云平台。基于该平台,在汇聚疾控大数据的基础上,形成业务管理指标集,通过可视化技术实现对市、区两级疾控工作的分析和展示,以提升其服务和管理能力。本文以基于疾控大数据的可视化应用为研究对象,分析数据可视化内容及其应用价值,以期提高疾控管理效能,强化疾控能力建设。

In the field of public health,the data about disease prevention and control are characterized by diversity,complexity and timeliness.According to the"Healthy Shanghai 2030",Shanghai Municipal Center for Disease Control&Prevention built management and service cloud platform for the city’s disease prevention and control business field based on the big data of disease prevention and control in 2021.On the basis of gathering big data of disease prevention and control,business management index set is formed.This platform thus can analysis and display of disease prevention and control at city and district levels through visualization technology,as to improve the capacity of service and management.Taking the visualization application of big data based on disease control as the research object,this paper analyzes the content of data visualization and its application value in order to improve the efficiency of disease control and management and enhance capacity building of disease prevention and control.
