区域医疗云结算平台的设计和研究

The Design and Research of Regional Medical Settlement Platform Based on Cloud Technology

目的满足患者多渠道支付的便捷性需求,解决因支付方式多样而造成的医院财务管理难度增加的问题。方法利用专有云建立区域性的医疗云结算平台,向医疗机构提供统一的云结算服务,支持涉及移动医疗、自助终端、医院信息系统的多渠道支付结算。结果建立了区域标准化的医疗结算方式,实现了机构间医疗结算的业务协同。结论医疗云结算平台满足了患者对多种支付方式的需求,实现了医院财务开放性支付应用的智能化管理,在区域范围内得到普及应用。

Objective In order to meet the needs of patients with a variety of payment methods,and to solve the pressure of hospital financial operation caused by the diversification of payment methods.Methods Establishing a regional medical cloud settlement platform by using proprietary cloud Saa S technology,the platform provided unified payment services for medical institutions and supported multi-channel payment settlement,such as mobile medical,self-service terminals,and hospital information system.Results A regional standardized medical payment settlement method was established and it realized the collaboration of patient settlement business among hospitals.Conclusion The platform meets the needs of patients with multiple payment methods,realizes the intelligent management of the open payment application of hospital finance and is widely used in the region.
