摘要
完善教师评价机制、建立健全职业院校教师教学能力评价体系与评价制度,是办好现代职业教育的必要条件。科学地评价教师的教学能力不仅关乎教师的个人发展和团队稳定,也是学校提高整体教学质量的有力保障。评价主体的主观性、评价过程的形式化、评价标准缺乏区分度等因素对评价结果的影响,都会弱化评价体系的可信度,给教师和学生带来不利影响。职业院校教师教学能力评价的理论模型不仅考虑了教师的职业素养、心理素养、评价素养、智能信息素养、教学实践能力、教学创新意识,也将学生和教师的成长纳入评价体系。
It is a necessary condition for modern vocational education to improve teachers’ assessment mechanism, to establish and perfect teachers’ teaching competence assessment system in vocational colleges.Scientific evaluation of teachers’ teaching competence is not only related to teachers’ personal development and team stability, but also a powerful guarantee for the colleges to improve the overall teaching quality. The subjectivity of the evaluation subject, the formalization of the evaluation process, and the lack of differentiation of the evaluation criteria will weaken the credibility of the evaluation system and bring adverse effects to teachers and students. The theoretical model of teachers’ teaching competence evaluation in vocational colleges considers not only teachers’ professional quality, psychological quality, evaluation quality, intelligent information quality,teaching practice ability, and teaching innovation awareness, but also the growth of students and teachers.
