摘要
传统的药物设计方法着重于将复杂事情简单化处理的还原论方法,药物开发深入且细致,但不能在所有药物研究中均取得良好效果。系统论是根据事物的整体性与关联性特点,从全局的角度探究事物的规律,已在重要病毒性疾病的防治中发挥了重要的作用。本文结合国内外整体观思想在药物设计中的实例解读,阐释在抗病毒药物研究中还原论与系统论结合的优势,期望能够为抗病毒性疾病的药物设计与开发提供指导,为病毒性疾病的药物防治找到科学答案。
The conventional drug design method focuses on the reductionist approach of simplifying complex things. Pharmaceutical development following this approach is thorough and detailed. However, it does not guarantee satisfactory results for all drugs. Systems theory, which explores the nature of things from a holistic perspective based on their integrity and relevance, has played a vital role in the prevention and treatment of major viral diseases. Based on the interpretations of examples of the holistic approach in drug designs at home and abroad, novel coronavirus infection demonstrates the advantages of combining reductionist and systemic theories in the research of antiviral drugs, with a view to providing guidance for the design and development of antiviral drugs as well as scientific solutions for the prevention and treatment of viral diseases.
