China’s Exploration on the Building of Case Databases for the Professional Degree of Education

摘要 推进案例库建设业已成为我国教育专业学位人才培养改革发展的一个重要窗口。近年来,伴随国家部委层面一系列专业学位人才培养政策的陆续出台,以及相关案例开发和案例教学工作的不断推进,我国教育专业学位案例库建设已初具规模、初见成效:一是理论认识上,突破了狭隘看待案例库的工具性认知,强调案例库建设是关涉知识观、教学观、师生观等系列育人观念重构的系统性变革;二是推进过程上,经历了从专注于教育专业学位单一领域的案例开发,到覆盖其所有的专业领域案例建设及其人才培养的整体性转变;三是实践方式上,从注重以委托分派为主的案例数量增长,向提升案例库建设整体质量的方向转变,切实促进案例教学实践运用之形成特色。 The building of case databases has become an important showcase of the reform and development of professional degree for talent cultivation in China. In recent years, through the release of relevant national policies and the in-depth promotion of the case development and case-based teaching, the building of case databases about education has taken shape and achieved initial results. Firstly, in term of theoretical understanding, it has broken through the instrumental cognition which only provided some auxiliary materials for classroom teaching in the past, and considered it as a comprehensive reform involving knowledge view, teaching view, teacher-student view and so on. Secondly, in term of promotion process, it has experienced a holistic transformation from focusing on the case development of a single professional field to a systematic talent cultivation model covering all professional fields of education professional degree. Thirdly, in term of practice way, it has changed from increasing the number of cases entrusted to improving the quality of the building of case databases.
