Planning Practice of Luxi River Ecological Area Based on the Concept of Park City Construction

鹿溪河生态区是天府新区由北向南、组团式建设发展的重要生态走廊,通过对基地山水林田脉络梳理,结合景观特色营造、游憩系统构建、海绵城市设计、水生态修复与多样性生境营造等具体措施打造了良好的生态景观基底,在此基础上进行适度开发,探索了“公园+”的新经济模式,并采用多措并举、多元化主体投资建设方式,引入高品质商业项目,达到“以地养地”“以园养园”的目标,实现了生态价值转换,充分体现了公园城市建设理念的应用和实践,创造了良好的生态发展模式。

Luxi River Ecological Area is an important ecological corridor for the development of Tianfu New Area from north to south in clusters. By combing the landscape, forest and farmland context of the base, and combining specific measures such as landscape feature building, recreation system building, sponge city design, water ecological restoration and diversity habitat building, Luxi River Ecological Area has built a good ecological landscape base. On this basis, it is appropriate to explore the new economic model of "park+". Meanwhile, multiple measures as well as diversified main body investment and construction methods are adopted. High-quality commercial projects are introduced to achieve the goals of "land support" and "garden support". Therefore, the transformation of ecological value is realized, which fully reflected the application and practice of the concept of park city construction, and created a good ecological development model.
