瑞丽热带经济植物园建设可行性初探

Preliminary Feasibility Study on the Construction Feasibility of Ruili Tropical Economic Botanical Garden

由云南省德宏热带农业科学研究所负责的瑞丽热带经济植物园建设项目,是根据云南省生物多样性保护与瑞丽市社会经济发展需求,将所内的植物资源、自然景观、科研技术进行整合的项目。立足于项目地实际情况,从植物园建设可行性出发,主要对项目地的自然条件、社会条件等多重角度加以思考,结合项目建设目标,合理预测项目建设效益,认为项目的建设有助于推进绿色经济发展、完善我国植物园建设体系、促进科普教育发展、发挥地域优势特色,促进生态文明建设,故该项目具有可行性。

The Ruili Tropical Economic Botanical Garden project, which is constructed by Dehong Tropical Agricultural Research Institute of Yunnan, is a project integrating plant resources, natural landscape and scientific research technology in accordance with the biodiversity conservation of Yunnan Province and the needs of the socio-economic development of Ruili City. Based on the actual situation of the project and the feasibility of the construction of botanical garden, this paper mainly considers the natural conditions and social conditions of the project, and reasonably predicts the benefits of the project based on the construction objectives of the project. It believes that the construction of the project will help promote the development of green economy, improve the construction system of Chinese botanical garden, promote the development of science popularization education, and give full play to the regional advantages in order to promote the construction of ecological civilization. Therefore, the project is feasible.
