摘要
基于新发展理念,以湖南省14个市州为对象,从创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享5个方面构建经济高质量发展评价指标体系,运用熵值法综合测度2011~2020年湖南省各市州的经济高质量发展水平,并运用耦合协调模型对经济高质量发展五大子系统耦合协调度进行了分析。结果表明:(1)2011~2020年湖南省各市州经济高质量发展水平均取得了较大的提高,2020年呈现出“北部低、南部高”的空间分布格局;(2)湖南省经济高质量发展耦合协调度总体上从“严重失调”向“中度失调”转变,2020年空间上呈现出“东高西低”的特征。基于此,针对湖南省经济高质量发展提出了建议:(1)因地制宜,制定差异化经济高质量发展政策;(2)多元互动,统筹提升经济高质量发展水平。
Based on the new development concept, this paper takes 14 cities and prefectures in Hunan Province as the object and constructs an evaluation index system for high-quality economic development from five aspects: innovation, coordination, green, openness and sharing. The entropy method is used to comprehensively measure the high-quality economic development level of cities and prefectures in Hunan Province from 2011 to 2020, and the coupling coordination model is used to analyze the coupling coordination degree of the five subsystems of high-quality economic development. It is found that:(1) from 2011 to 2020, the high-quality economic development level of all cities and prefectures in Hunan Province has been greatly improved, and the spatial distribution pattern of "low in the north and high in the south" in 2020 is presented;(2) The coupling and coordination degree of high-quality economic development in Hunan Province has generally changed from "serious imbalance" to "moderate imbalance", and in 2020, the spatial characteristics of "high in the east and low in the west" will be presented. Based on this, this paper puts forward the following suggestions for the high-quality economic development of Hunan Province:(1) differentiated high-quality economic development policies are formulated according to local conditions;(2) diversified interaction is engaged to improve the level of high-quality economic development.
