黄金饰品表面白色物质的测试分析

Test and Analysis of the White Substance on the Surface of Gold Jewelry

对黄金首饰局部放大观察为银白色斑点处,利用X射线荧光光谱进行测试,并通过金相分析白色斑点成色原因。X射线荧光光谱测试结果表明,银白色斑点处存在明显锇(Os)和铱(Ir)特征峰,金相显微镜放大可以观察到不同于黄金的两种金相组织。本文旨在通过对问题样品的检测,完善实验室黄金饰品的检测流程,提高检验人员对元素特征峰的识别和分析能力,为迅速识别此类首饰提供检测依据,防止其流向市场。对于黄金掺假的产品,实验室应对该批次产品不出具证书或标签处理。

The silver-white spots of the gold jewelry were magnified and observed, and the causes of silver-white spot colour were analyzed by X-ray fluorescence spectra and metallographic analysis. The results show that there are obvious osmium(Os) and iridium(Ir) characteristic peaks by X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy, and two metallographic structures different from gold can be observed by metallographic microscope. The purpose of this paper is to improve the detection process of gold jewelry in laboratory, improve the ability of inspectors to identify and analyze characteristic peaks of elements, and provide a basis for rapid identification of this kind of jewelry and prevent it from entering the market through the detection of problematic samples. For gold adulterated products, the laboratory should not issue a certificate or label for the batch of products.
