旅游职业教育产教融合的文化认同与路径选择研究 被引量:3

摘要 2022年《职业教育法》的修订意味着职业教育从规模发展到内涵发展的转变,产教融合成为职业教育的逻辑主线。文章以旅游职业教育产业融合为研究对象,通过对全国75所旅游职业院校和42家旅游企业进行问卷调查和重点访谈,筛选340份有效问卷进行实证分析,从数据中得出制约旅游职业教育产教融合的影响因素,创新性地从文化视角扩充产教融合的向度,重点研究其双重属性、路径障碍、文化认同,进而构建旅游教育产教融合的利益共享机制和文化耦合模型,为推进产教融合提供价值参考和可借鉴的思路。 In 2022, the revision of the Vocational Education Law means the transformation of vocational education from scale development to connotation development. These top-level designs put vocational education in a more prominent position, effectively promote the quality improvement and development of vocational education. The integration of industry and education has appeared 11 times in the new Vocational Education Law in 2022. It has put forward reform ideas in cooperation forms, main responsibilities and other fields, and has entered a new stage of excellence training, capacity expansion and empowerment. The integration of industry and education has become the logical main line of vocational education.In the past 10 years, domestic scholars have guided the academic discussion on the integration of industry and education. However, on the whole, the research level is not high.Therefore, entrusted by the research team of Sun Yat sen University, the author designed the college version and enterprise version questionnaires with the theme of integration of industry and education from May to June 2020, conducted online and offline questionnaires on 75 vocational colleges and 42 typical cultural tourism enterprises in China, and screened 340 effective questionnaires for empirical analysis. When collecting data, the questionnaire was mainly divided into two stages and two objects. The first stage is the preliminary literature screening and field survey from April to May 2020, mainly from the vocational education report on the website of the Ministry of Education and the third-party effective data. The second stage is the online and offline questionnaire survey of colleges and enterprises from May to June 2020. This paper studies and designs the vocational education industry education integration talents training of enterprises and vocational education industry education integration talents training of colleges. There are two questionnaires in total, and 75 vocational colleges with industry education integration majors are selected as the main survey objects, in addition to 42 hotels, travel agencies, scenic spots, performing arts groups, cultural and creative tourism, animation and other enterprises. It is mainly aimed at the educational posts of the institutions and the management personnel of the cultural and tourism industry to obtain effective data.This research takes the integration of tourism vocational education industry as the research object, obtains the influencing factors that restrict the integration of industry and education from the data, innovatively expands the direction of the integration of industry and education from the cultural perspective, focuses on its dual attributes, path barriers, and cultural identity, and further constructs the benefit sharing mechanism and cultural coupling model of the integration of tourism education industry and education, providing valuable reference and referential ideas for promoting the integration of industry and education. Focusing on the education mechanism under the background of industry education integration, the research perspective broadens the perspective and thinking of the previous theoretical research, innovatively studies the infiltration of enterprise culture on vocational education, combs the triple logic of industry education integration, including attributes, coupling and culture, and analyzes its supporting logic and value guidance for the high-quality development of vocational education.
