摘要
南关煤矿2607掘进工作面煤层含水率较低,综掘破煤过程中会产生大量煤尘,控制难度较大。设计使用分段式注水及二级注水器进行煤层注水,对系统整体方案、系统组成、设备选型、注水参数进行设计,并在巷道掘进过程中实施分段式煤层注水及泡沫除尘,综合降尘率能达到85%以上,降尘效果显著,实现了预期目的。
The water content of the 2607 heading face in Nanguan Coal Mine is low,and a large amount of coal dust will be produced during the process of coal breaking by comprehensive excavation,which is difficult to control.The design uses segmented water injection and two-stage water injector to inject water into the coal seam,designs the overall scheme of the system,system composition,equipment selection,and water injection parameters,and implements segmented water injection into the coal seam and foam dust removal in the process of roadway excavation.The comprehensive dust reduction rate can reach more than 85%,and the dust reduction effect is remarkable,achieving the expected purpose.
