智能巡检机器人在胶带输送机栈桥的应用

Application of Intelligent Patrol Pobot in Belt Conveyor Trestle

针对洗煤厂胶带输送机距离长、运输量大、满负荷运转时间长、容易发生的故障点多等特点以及巡检工工作量大、劳动强度高等情况,本文通过在胶带输送机栈桥上安装智能巡检机器人代替巡检工,减轻了巡检工的劳动强度,并能及时发现问题,避免事故扩大化,大大减少了胶带输送机的非正常停机时间,提高了原煤运输能力,降低了设备维护成本,创造了可观的经济效益。

In view of the characteristics of long distance,large transportation volume,long full-load operation time,and many fault points of the belt conveyor in the coal washing plant,as well as the heavy workload and high labor intensity of the inspection workers.By installing an intelligent patrol robot on the belt conveyor trestle to replace the inspector,the labor intensity of the inspector is reduced,and problems can be found in time to avoid the expansion of accidents.The abnormal downtime of the belt conveyor is greatly reduced,the raw coal transportation capacity is improved,the equipment maintenance cost is reduced,and considerable economic benefits are created.
