法学专业医药法类课程的设计与展开

摘要 面向法学专业学生的医药法课程教学不同于面向医药学生的卫生法教学。有必要改革传统医药法类课程“大而全”以及机械地以部门法为教学单元的编排模式,注重课程体系与教学内容的系统性、有机性和理论性。必须对我国医药法类的法律制度进行科学分类,并汲取域外课程建设成果与经验。法学专业的医药法类课程可在以下六门课程中做选择:1.医事法;2.药事法;3.公共卫生法;4.精神卫生法;5.传统医药法;6.生命科技法。可以以《医事法》《药事法》课程教学内容改革为起点和突破口,注重对其精耕细作,增强其示范效应,带动其他医药法类课程建设面上的展开。 The teaching of medical law for law majors is different from the teaching of health law for medical students.There is a need to reform the arrangement mode of traditional medical law curriculum which is“large and complete”,mechanically taking different branches of law as the teaching units,and paying attention to the systematization,organic and theoretical nature of the curriculum system and the teaching content.It is also necessary to scientifically classify the legal system of medical law in China and draw on the achievements and experience of foreign curriculum construction.Basically,there are six medical law courses of law majors:(1)medical law,(2)pharmaceutical law,(3)public health law,(4)mental health law,(5)law for traditional medicines,(6)bio⁃technology law.We can take the teaching content reform of“medical law”and“pharmaceutical law”as the Startiy point and breakthrough,paying attention to its intensive cultivation,enhancing its demonstration effect,and promoting the development of other medical law courses.
