“Liquid”Education:On the Future of Legal Education

如何最好地使法学教育与加速的技术进步和不断变化的法律实践相协调,成为数字时代法学教育的首要问题。法学学子学习的未来情景将是复杂多变、社会关系不断“液化”的未来社会,尚无法准确预判预控,唯一不变的只有变化本身。就法学教育而言,法学教育趋势(法学学科中数字化内容的调整:数字法学+法律技术)和教学趋势(数字化作为法学教育的一种手段)都应与时俱进。总体而言,社会进入液态社会阶段,教育是流动现代性的受害者,教育也应该足够快地适应当前、瞬时和不断变化的液态社会,这种适应变化的教育类型就是液态教育。

In the digital age,it has become one of the primary problems how to best coordinate legal education with accelerated technological progress and changing legal practice.In the future,the learning scenarios for law school students will become complex and changeable.In the future society,social relations will continue to its“liquefication”,making it impossible to accurately predict and control.In the future,the only constant is change itself.For legal education,its development trend(adjustment of digital content in legal education:digital law+legal technology)and teaching trend(digitalization as a means of legal education)should keep pace with the time.In general,when social development is constantly changing,it enters the“liquid”stage.Education has gradually transformed from a victim of fluid modernity to an actor,and it can and should adapt quickly enough to the current,instantaneous and ever⁃changing liquid society.This type of education that adapts to changes is liquid education.
