新中国成立以来我国高校学生权力研究省思与现实透视

摘要 将国家宏观政策背景、中观高等教育发展历程及微观高校学生权力研究等共同作为参考系,梳理新中国成立以来对高校学生权力关注的历史嬗变。在改造、整顿、拓展和成熟四个时期演变中,学生权力呈现:“双重改造”到“整顿”“复兴”的变化轨迹、“忽视”“规范”到“模糊”“理性”的表现形式、“外发”“被动”到“内生”“自觉”的权力诉求。在明晰学生权力发展阶段和运行逻辑的基础上,从维护稳定社会环境、树立正确学生观、培育内生性权力意识、构建适切规章制度、划定合理权力范围等入手保障学生权力在高校治理中发挥积极效用。 Based on the national macro⁃policy background,the meso⁃development process of higher education and the⁃micro research on college and university students􀆳power,this paper sorts out the historical transmutation of attention to the power of college and university students since the founding of the People's Republic of China.In the four periods of transformation,reorganization,expansion and maturity,college and university students􀆳power shows the following characteristics:the change track from“double transformation”to“reorganization”and“revival”,the expression form from“neglect”and“standardization”to“fuzziness”and“rationality”,and the power appeal from“external”and“passive”to“endogenous”and“conscious”.On the basis of clarifying the development stage and operation logic of students􀆳power,it is guaranteed that students􀆳power plays a positive role in the governance of colleges and universities by maintaining stable social environment,setting up correct students􀆳view,cultivating endogenous power consciousness,constructing appropriate rules and regulations,and demarcating reasonable power scope.This paper also looks forward to the new growth points emerging in the fields or backgrounds of private colleges and universities,the new era,the promotion of modernization of education governance and the construction of a powerful country in higher education after students'􀆳power has entered the“mature period”.
