党的二十大报告明确指出,“推动绿色发展,促进人与自然和谐共生”,这为山东持续深化新旧动能转换、加快推动绿色低碳高质量发展指明了方向。创新是引领发展的第一动力。未来五年是山东全面建设社会主义现代化强省的关键时期,要准确把握生态保护和经济发展的辩证关系,以科技创新、治理体系创新、金融创新和体制机制创新来推进降碳、减污、扩绿、增长,推进生态优先、节约集约、绿色低碳发展。

It is clearly pointed out that promoting green development and the harmonious coexistence of man and nature in the report of the 20th National Congress of the CPC.
