摘要
为实现在知识传播中有价值引领,在价值形成中积淀知识底蕴,以食品生物化学课程为例,基于成果导向理论“所有学习均成功”的基本原理,从岗位出发确定“专业成才”对知识和技能的需求,从社会主义核心价值观形成入手分析“立德成人”所需的思政元素,并以课程专业知识和技能为载体,将思政元素融入教学过程,使之能教、能学、能用、能测、能评。通过几年的探索与实践,在教学目标分析、内容选择、过程设计与效果评价等方面取得了一定成效。
In order to realize the value guidance in knowledge dissemination,accumulate knowledge in the value formation,this paper took the food biochemistry course as an example.Based on the basic principle of the achievement-oriented theory that "all learning is successful",this paper determined the needs of "professional success" for knowledge and skills from the post,analyzed the Ideological & Political elements needed for "virtual education and cultivated people" from the formation of socialist core values and took the professional knowledge and skills of the course as the carrier,the Ideological & Political elements could be integrated into the teaching process and achieved the ability of teaching,learning,using,measuring and evaluating.Through several years of exploration and practice,the course has achieved some results in teaching objective analysis,content selection,process design and effect evaluation.
