摘要
目的探讨金课背景下高仿真模拟教学联合引导性反馈对培养急诊实习护生评判性思维的效果。方法以2020年1月至2021年1月在中国医科大学附属盛京医院接受教学培训的60名急诊实习护生为对照组,采用传统教学法;以2021年2月至2022年2月接受教学培训的60名急诊实习护生为试验组,采用高仿真模拟教学联合引导性反馈教学法。比较两组理论和操作成绩及评判性思维能力测评结果。结果试验组理论和操作成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);试验组评判性思维倾向量表得分为(289.57±19.77)分,高于对照组的(269.33±18.49)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高仿真模拟教学联合引导性反馈教学法应用于急诊实习教学,能促进护生自我反思,提升评判性思维能力,值得在临床推广。
Objective To explore the effect of high simulation teaching combined guiding feedback on the critical thinking of emergency nursing interns under the background of gold class.Methods As the control group,the traditional teaching method was adopted to 60 emergency nursing interns who received teaching and training in Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University from January 2020 to January 2021;as the experimental group,the teaching method of high simulation teaching combined guiding feedback was adopted to 60 emergency nursing interns who received teaching and training from February 2021 to February 2022.The competence of theory,operation and critical thinking ability were compared between the two groups.Re sults The theoretical and operational scores of the experimental group are higher than those of the control group,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.01);the critical thinking tendency scale scores of the experimental group is(289.57±19.77),which is higher than that of the control group(269.33±18.49),and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of simulation teaching combined guided feedback teaching method in emergency internship teaching can promote the self-reflection of nursing students and improve the critical thinking ability,which is worth promoting in clinical practice.
