摘要
目的了解本科男护生人文关怀能力现状及其影响因素,为培养男护生人文关怀能力提供依据。方法采用便利抽样法,运用一般资料调查表和关爱能力评价表对104名本科男护生进行问卷调查。结果本科男护生关爱能力评价表总分为(190.48±2.19)分,影响男护生人文关怀能力的因素是专业、是否为班干部、是否为独生子女、专业喜爱程度、接受较多的人文关怀培训。结论本科男护生人文关怀能力处于中低水平,学校应注重男护生人文关怀知识教育和实践能力培养,提升男护生的人文关怀能力。
Objective To understand the current situation and influencing factors of humanistic care ability of male undergraduate nursing students’humanistic caring ability,to provide a basis for cultivating humanistic caring ability of male nursing students.Methods A convenience sampling method was used to administer questionnaire to 104 undergraduate male nursing students in general information questionnaire and caring ability assessment form.Results The total scores of undergraduate male nursing students’caring ability assessment form were(190.48±2.19),and the factors influencing male nursing students’humanistic caring ability were profession,whether they were class leaders,whether they were only children,their professional fondness,and receiving more humanistic caring cultivation.Conclusion Undergraduate male nursing students’humanistic caring ability were at a low level.Universities should pay attention to the male nursing students’humanistic caring knowledge education and practical ability cultivation to improve their humanistic caring ability.
