新疆某高校医学生人文关怀能力及影响因素分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的了解新疆某高校医学生人文关怀能力现状,并分析其影响因素。方法运用人文关怀能力量表对新疆某综合性高校1562名在校医学类专业本科生开展研究。结果医学生人文关怀能力量表总分为(189.49±19.80)分,低于国内外常模(P<0.05);多重线性回归分析结果显示,年级、是否为班干部、来自外界(家人、老师、同学)的关心、参加社会活动次数、专业喜爱程度以及自身人文素养评价是医学生人文关怀能力的影响因素。结论医学生人文关怀能力有待进一步提升。学校应注重校园人文环境的营造,增设医学人文课程,加强学生人际沟通、共情等能力培养,提升学生的人文关怀能力。 Objective To understand the current situation of the humanistic care ability of medical students in a university of Xinjiang,and to analyze its influencing factors.Methods This study investigated 1562 medical students in a comprehensive university of Xinjiang by using the Caring Ability Inventory:Results The total scores of the Caring Ability Inventory of medical students are(189.49±19.80),which is lower than that of the domestic and foreign norm(P<0.05);the results of multiple linear regression analysis show that grade,whether they are class cadres,care from the outside world(family members,teachers,classmates),the number of social activities,professional love and their own humanistic quality evaluation are the influencing factors of medical students’humanistic care ability.Conclusion The humanistic care ability of medical students needs to be further improved.The school should pay attention to the construction of campus humanistic environment,increase the medical humanistic courses,strengthen students’interpersonal communication and empathy,to improve students’humanistic care ability.
