摘要
目的了解中医药院校大学生电子健康素养现状,为提高大学生健康水平提供科学依据。方法采用电子健康素养评估量表、电子健康信息利用趋势量表、健康自我管理能力测评量表和一般自我效能感量表对1010名中医药院校大学生进行问卷调查。结果调查对象电子健康素养评估量表得分为(29.49±7.16)分。单因素分析显示,不同生源地、父母受教育程度及家庭月收入的大学生电子健康素养评估量表得分比较存在显著性差异。逐步多元线性回归分析显示,电子健康信息利用、健康自我管理能力及一般自我效能感是影响电子健康素养水平的重要因素。结论中医药院校大学生电子健康素养仍处于较低水平,通过开展健康教育引导学生正确利用健康信息、加强健康自我管理、增强一般自我效能感,是提高中医药院校大学生电子健康素养的重要途径。
Objective To understand the collegians’current situation of e-health literacy in TCM universities to provide a scientific basis for improving the collegians’health.Methods 1010 collegians in TCM universities were used questionnaires through the ehealth literacy assessment scale,the e-health information utilization trends scale,the health self-management ability assessment scale,and the general self-efficacy scale.Results The survey respondents on the e-health literacy assessment scale scores were(29.49±7.16).The univariate analysis showed that there were significant differences in the comparison of the scores of the e-health literacy assessment scale among collegians with different birth places,parents’education level and monthly household income.Stepwise multivariate linear regression analysis revealed that e-health information utilization,health self-management ability and general self-efficacy were important factors influencing the e-health literacy level.Conclusion Collegians’e-health literacy in TCM universities were still at a low level and developed health education to guide collegians correctly use health information,strengthened health self-management,and enhanced general self-efficacy through health education was an important way to improve collegians’ehealth literacy in TCM universities.
