摘要
目的了解“双高计划”背景下高职院校教师职业认同现状,着重探讨公共基础课教师职业认同现状及困境,探索提升公共基础课教师职业认同水平的可行性对策。方法采用高职院校教师职业认同问卷,通过网络问卷调查形式,收集到有效问卷83份;采用t检验、方差分析等方法对收集到的数据进行统计分析。结果高职院校教师的职业认同总体良好,问卷各维度均值得分由高到低依次为情感认同、持续认同、科研认同、规范认同。结论专业理论课教师职业认同问卷得分显著高于公共基础课教师。
Objective To make certain the current situation of teachers’professional identity in higher vocational colleges under the background of"Double High-levels Plan",focus on the dilemma in the situation and explore the feasible countermeasures to improve the professional identity of public basic course teachers.Methods The questionnaire of teachers’professional identity in higher vocational colleges was adopted,and 83 valid questionnaires were collected through the network questionnaire survey;the collected data were analyzed by T-test and variance analysis.Results The professional identity of teachers in higher vocational colleges was generally good.The average score of each item from high to low was emotional identity,continuous identity,scientific research identity and normative identity.Conclusion The score of professional identity questionnaire of professional theory teachers is significantly higher than that of public basic course teachers.
