新医科背景下护理本科人才培养方案的优化

Optimization of Nursing Undergraduate Personnel Training Scheme Under the Background of New Medicine

结合重庆医科大学护理学专业的优势与特色,通过深入调研,提出以护理岗位胜任力培养为核心的必修课设置;以信息技术应用、专业前沿拓展融合的模块化选修课设置;在各类教学活动中,将思政教育、人文素养教育、创新能力教育融入人才培养的全过程的“一横二纵三融合”培养路径,构建符合学科知识交叉、“大健康”观念和“大思政”理念的新医科背景下护理本科人才培养模式。

Based on the advantages and characteristics of nursing major in Chongqing Medical University,this paper proposes a compulsory courses setting with the development of nursing post competence as the core and modular optional courses setting with the integration of information technology applications and professional frontier expansion.In all kinds of teaching activities,the ideological and political education,humanistic quality education,innovation ability education should be integrated into the whole process of "one horizontal,two vertical and three fusion" personnel training path,to construct a mode for training nursing undergraduate personnel under the background of the new medicine in line with interdisciplinary knowledge,the concept of "Great Health" and the concept of "Great Ideological & Political".
