摘要 基于教师专业发展支持服务的开展,介绍教师发展中心以“增能·唤醒”理念为指导,在助力新进青年教师、骨干教师、临床带教教师成长和专业发展方面的实践与探索,以期为持续推动地方高等医学院校教师专业发展理论研究提供参考。 Based on the implementation of professional development support services for teachers,this paper introduces the practice and exploration of teacher development center in assisting the growth and professional development of new young teachers,backbone teachers and clinical teachers under the guidance of the concept of "Empowerment & Awakening" in order to provide reference for the continuous promotion of theoretical research on the professional development of teachers in local medical colleges and universities.
