后疫情时代医药卫生类高职学生职业价值观现状调查与对策建议

Investigation and Suggestions on Occupational Values of Medical and Health Students in Vocational Colleges in Post-epidemic Era

通过调查发现,后疫情时代医药卫生类高职学生职业价值观空想水平高、影响因素多、稳定性差,职业价值观理论教育存在缺陷、社会意义深度不足等问题。通过以思想教育来引导、以实践养成来巩固、以积极舆论来引领、以优秀文化来涵养、以行业发展来保障等方式,建立后疫情时代医药卫生类高职学生职业价值观培养的多重路径,为提高医药卫生人才培养质量提供对策和建议。

Through investigation,the paper finds that the medical and health students in vocational colleges in the post-epidemic era have high level of occupational values fantasy,are with many influencing factors,and poor stability,and defects in occupational values theory education,and insufficient depth of social significance.Through ideological education,practice,positive public opinion,excellent culture,and industry development,the multiple paths for the cultivation of occupational values of medical and health vocational students in the post-epidemic era are established to provide countermeasures and suggestions for improving the quality of medical and health personnel training.
