Correlation Study Between Operation Room Nurses’ Perceptions of Patient Privacy Protection and the Humanistic Care Quality

了解手术室护士对患者隐私保护认知与人文关怀品质现状,并探讨其相关性。研究显示,手术室护士对患者隐私保护认知有待进一步增强,人文关怀品质处于中等偏上水平,护士的患者隐私保护认知与人文关怀品质密切相关。护理管理者应增强对护士人文关怀的教育培训,并营造人文关怀的氛围,以提高护士对患者隐私保护的认知水平。

To understand the status of perceptions of patient privacy protection and quality of humanistic care among operation room nurses,and to explore their correlation.The research showed that operation room nurses’ perceptions of patient privacy protection needed to be further enhanced,the quality of humanistic care was at a moderate to high level,and the nurses’ perceptions of patient privacy protection were closely related to the quality of humanistic care. Nursing managers should increase education and training for nurses on humanistic care and create an atmosphere of humanistic care to raise the level of nurses’ perceptions of patient privacy protection.
