社区护士关怀能力培养方案的构建

Construction of Caring Ability Training Program for Community Nurses

运用访谈法探索社区居民对社区护理实践中人文关怀的服务需求及社区护士人文关怀的学习需求,在需求分析和文献研究的基础上初步构建社区护士关怀能力培养方案,并通过两轮焦点专家小组访谈逐步修订培养方案。结果表明,社区护士关怀能力培养方案以实际需求为导向,有较强的科学性和可操作性,为培养具有人文关怀特色的社区护理人员提供了切实可行的方案。

This paper uses the interview method to explore the service needs of community residents for humanistic care in community nursing practice and the learning needs of humanistic care in community nurses. On the basis of demand analysis and literature research,the training program of community nurses was initially constructed,and the training program was gradually revised through two rounds of focus expert group interviews. The results show that the community nurse caring ability training program is oriented to practical needs,is more scientific and operable,and provides a practical program for cultivating community nursing staff with humanistic care characteristics.
