实习前期护生实习压力、应对方式、心理健康现状及相关性研究

Study of Pre-internship Nursing Students’ Stress,Coping Styles,Mental Health Status Correlative Study

采用一般情况问卷、护生实习压力量表、简易应对方式量表、PHQ-9抑郁症筛查量表和GAD-7焦虑筛查量表对267名即将实习的大三护生进行调查,以描述实习前期护生的实习压力程度、应对方式和心理健康现状,探讨三者相互影响机制,为今后的研究提供依据。研究表明,实习前期护生实习压力和应对方式对其焦虑和抑郁有预测作用。

267 junior nursing students who were going to internship were researched in the general situation questionnaire,nursing student internship stress scale,simple coping style scale,PHQ-9 depression screening scale and GAD-7 anxiety screening scale,to describe the internship stress level,coping styles and mental health status of nursing students in the pre-internship period,to explore the mutual impact mechanism among them and provide a basis for future research.The research showed that pre-internship nursing students’ stress and coping styles are predictive of their anxiety and depression.
